Well sized, nicely appointed room that was perfect for a 3 night stay. The location is near the main train station and close to other tram and bus stops that take you into other parts of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we’ll definitely stay again if we return to Vienna.

Bland immediate neighborhood but we loved the proximity to Belvedere Palace and the train station. 72 hour transit passes allowed us to move quickly and easily around Vienna. Hotel itself was great.

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was like an apartment! The desk staff were friendly and helpful with questions I had about train tickets and getting around Austria. The breakfast was good with a big variety of options including some gluten free items.

Beautiful hotel/apartment! Very spacious! Not your typical hotels in Europe. I got used to small ones so this was a nice change to end our trip. Walking distance to main station, accessible and a few minutes walk to Belvedere Palace.
