"arrived at the hotel and unfortunately the experience started very poorly. The person at the front desk clearly seemed like they did not want to be there. I was ignored for several minutes, and when I was finally acknowledged, the service was rude and unprofessional. What made the stay even more frustrating was the housekeeping service. On Sunday, after being out the entire day, I returned to my room around 4:30 PM only to find housekeeping wanting to clean the room at 4:32 PM. I honestly could not understand this. The staff had the entire day to service the room, yet they attempted to do it late in the afternoon when guests are typically returning to rest. Overall, the lack of hospitality and poor timing made the experience disappointing."
