"Quite different to not go past check-in on a daily basis. Not an issue though. The hotel is somewhat out of the city but is superbly placed directly adjacent to a tube station that directly takes you to the heart of the city."

"Room was clean, but they do not clean everyday up to 4 days at a go. One has to remind them at reception if they would prefer the room to be cleaned the next day. Although this was explained at the time of check-in, this is an extra step and not really optimal for a decent hotel."

"Very nice - I tend to avoid apartments and use ‘real’ hotels but this was a really decent stay. More space because it’s a one-bed apartment, but with a proper reception handling arrivals and checkouts. A bit out of the city but excellent for the underground just a few hundred metres away which went direct to most of the key spots."

"Fresh new rooms. Nice garden. Friendly staff. Close to the U1 metro line for easy access to the ild city. Also close to the parks along the Danube."

"The Citadines Danube has spacious and well-decorated rooms, and it's only two stops from the VIC (conference centre), and on a direct metro line into the centre. Citadines is basically an apart-hotel, so there's also a kitchenette. Three things: the studio and executive studio are basically the same except that executive studio is on a higher floor, has a coffee machine, and costs more. Second, the hotel only cleans room once a week. You want it cleaned more than that, you pay about 25 euros, which I think is ludicrous as the trash def needs to be taken out more than once a week if you're using the kitchenette. Third, reception could not be less interested in guests coming in. They weren't unfriendly, just very disinterested. Maybe that's because there are a lot of flight crews in the hotel and so they are used to people coming in for a night or for very short days. So, if you're coming in for a conference and hotels closer to the VIC are full, and you're happy to have a very anonymous experience, this hotel is fine. If you want a friendlier hotel with more amenities, I'd choose elsewhere."

"No frills business hotel very close to the VIC. Great views of the Danube and easy transit access to the historic center and the airport bus. Would definitely stay here again! It’s not cheap but the staff is great. If you’re arriving by taxi, you must go to the Melia hotel for drop off and walk over (easy) there’s no place to drive up. I ended up in a car par underneath the hotel at 10pm—not dangerous but also not fun after a long flight. "

"My family of 4 stayed here in May 26. I would recommend without hesitation. Location is excellent (near the Metro). The rooms were comfortable. My children used the gym. I used the swimming pool. The staff were helpful and very friendly. For example Ruhi a member of the team helped us plan our visit to Salzburg. The breakfast was excellent. I will certainly return if I am back in Vienna.
