"Stayed for one day. The room was so nice I was staying longer but I was outdoors most of the time that I didn't get the chance to appreciate. The staff at reception were top notch. Very pleasant, very accomodsting, very professional. Room clean. Had everything I neede. The room was much larger than most rooms that I've had. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the Wien Bahnhof Station. Not the 'West' Bahnhof Station. That's a completely different area. I made that mistske myself but...

"Let us check in early and very pleasant at front desk. Room has beds and thats it. Poorly maintained. Holes in wall were an easy repair not done and room worn badly needs to be painted. No ac so beware in summer. Housekeeping just opened the door without knocking. Great location walk to train station. But cannot beat the price"

"The hotel location is reasonably good. I came to Vienna by bus, and left by air. It is a 7 or 8- minute walk to the hauptbahnhof (from which the OBB operates a train to the airport every 30 minutes), and if you have luggage, you can take the O-tram, which reduces the walk to one block. While not fancy, the hotel provides a basic but comfortable room for sleeping."

"A nice hotel close to family who we were visiting. Also near a variety of transport (tram, train and taxi). Breakfast was excellent. I’m not sure if there were issues with the heating but my room was boiling and I heard other people say theirs was freezing. I slept with the window open due to the heat (even though it was icy cold outside) and personally found the road noise too much and it disturbed my sleep. "Overall a good experience. My doubt was if the people are screened based on their nationality. Indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi/Similar people are accommodated in same rooms. It should be deliberate. Can't be that much of a coincidence. Moreover, it was interesting that no towels were provided."

"We got a room that was nothing like the pictures on their site. When I phoned the lady for some additionally items she was very helpful. The listing did not state it was a shated communal kitchen. We all found the beds very uncomfortable. On a positive side it was quiet and the tram stop was at the end of the road so a good location. "
