"The place was nice and clean, they should add like a vending machine for late snacks. The only thing that I didn’t like was the check in, I had to wait 15 min because it was at 3, I turned around. And there were like another 10 ppl waiting, why ??? It’s not like the rooms were not ready. I just didn’t appreciate that. "

"I'm very disappointed about our stay here and feel the photos shown do not reflect what the property actually looks like. I feel a bit deceived if I'm being honest. The hotel looks very old, with some half-hazard updates. The private beach was small, the water was black and smelled like sulfur. The lock on my door was not working properly and I was up all night due to screaming children in the room next to us. I was told upon check-in that I had a room with a waterfront view, and that was not true. Overall, I feel that this is false advertising and I would not stay here again or recommend this "resort" to others."
