"Had a poor check in experience. Arrived very late from a flight and were exhausted and were put in a room with broken lamps and on the unlucky 13th floor. We went to get a new room and were unknowingly downgraded from a King Sized room to a Queen that also didn’t have a walk in shower. "Overall it was a very nice place to stay. Had some issues communicating with the host that resulted in me getting a parking ticket. Another small issue is with all the traffic ( the loft sits directly on top of a bustling coffee shop and when the employees would slam the doors the whole room would shake and with the dog park right next door) its not the most conducive for a slumbering morning to sleep in. But again overall, the room was top notch, everything you need and the location was close...

"What a lovely stay. Kimberly was the perfect hostess answering all my questions and making sure my stay went flawless. Frankie, her Frensh Bull Dog, was always welcoming when I entered making me feel like I was coming home rather than 1,000 miles away. Mini-fridge kept my seltzers cold, room temperature was comfortable, shower refreshing, and easy in and out from highways coming and going. I highly recommend and thank Kimberly for her hospitality."
