"The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and so nice. I would say the only negative thing was how loud it was at night. They should put in soundproof glass, but other than that it was a great stay."

"The hotel is designed around an atrium with every room having a window facing the atrium. I am not a fan of that design. If I had known about it, I wouldn't have picked it. The window facing the atrium had louvers, but some were difficult to close completely and they did allow some light from the hallway into the room. Fortunately, there was another door inside the room that could be closed by the beds for extra privacy. The rooms were clean and quiet. The lobby wasn't kept that clean. There were many people there as it was a Saturday in May. The workers did not keep up with keeping the lobby clean on the tables and there were stains on some of the couches. The lobby seemed small compared to the size of the hotel. The breakfast was fine but not exceptional. There was an Omelette station, but they were cooked on a grill which makes the eggs very thin, and they were cooked in too much oil. Omelettes need to be cooked in a pan for the right thickness. There were many food items on the buffet which was good, including fresh fruit, yogurt, bread choices you could toast, oatmeal, some hot foods, waffles, etc.."

"Excellent hotel. Staff was super friendly. They acknowledged every customer coming through the door. The food staff was excellent especially the ladies who served the breakfast. She engaged with all the customers, she was very helpful and kind to everyone. I don’t know her name but she is from Tallahassee, Florida, but relocated to Tampa. "

"Great stay, we hated to leave. This property is amazing. The room had everything we could ask for and more. The only downside was the bar acrross the street was thumping with techno pop music. It did help that the room had a sound machine. We will stay there again."
