This property was posted on this website and it is not open it is currently still under construction. I booked it for 3 days and when i arrived to check in the gates were chained and it was still under construction.

I had arrived at my trip on February 20, 2025. Expedia had booked this trip with no knowledge that the hotel that is shown on the screen was being demolished. Needless to say, Expedia put me up in another hotel the La Quinta around the corner that was infested with cockroaches.

The property was completely closed…. Unable to check in as a result, obviously…. Zero assistance from Expedia and as opening act for a show on May 13th at the amphitheater missed my job because of this. Completely unprofessional booking a room and then not providing assurance of a refund or anything of the matter. Tonight has been ridiculous as a result of Expedia’s incompetence in this matter

I’m not sure who dropped the ball but I reserved a room in December for a weekend trip. When I arrived at hotel I find that is still under construction. I don’t have any idea how this kind of thing can happen. In the end my trip was ruined and went home after the first day. Disappointed

SCAM ALERT! Under Construction and NOT OPEN!

The entire property was fenced off! There was no sign, construction vehicles and equipment. We asked the attendant at the gas station next door if it was open or how we could get it, and they replied that hotel won't open for a year. We got ripped off and had to seek a hotel stay a mile away as nothing was availble in Tampa that night. Do not stay here! The phone number doesn't work - the one provided is the general service line for Wyndham Hotels. You will not be able to get ahold of anyone for a refund or elan explanation on why they are else excepting reservations when the building is under construction!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! SCAMMERS!

DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL! I booked a room thru hotels.com back in Decemeber. My credit card was charged. When i arrived for my stay on Feb 28th 2025 the hotel was still in the process of being built. It wasnt even open for business, yet they took my money. They are refusing to refund my money, I will be making a police report. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL! ITS A SCAM! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!

This hotel is currently closed due to construction. It’s terrible that you don’t find this information out until you make an attempt to drive to it and all you see is construction workers and a gate around the hotel. Terrible
