"The air conditioning work well. Smoking is allowed outside the rooms and the pool area is nice to relax in."

Clean room, breakfast was a typical continental breakfast, loads of parking and a very nice looking inviting pool-even though our schedule didn’t allow us time to use the pool. Nice to know it was there. Location was both close to family and to Ft. De Soto beach which made daily travel easy."

They did announce at the front desk regarding some construction going on in the hotel 3rd floor where we were at but the noise was loud and it did disturb our rest. Not only that spouse suffers from asthma which was triggered due to the dust."

"Is great property but be very careful on location of unit. The external doors are very loud when they open and close and if you are close it will disturb you thru night. Everything else was so great though. That was really our only complaint. I highly recommend it, just pay attention to location of unit."

"The place was brand new very clean but sparsely furnished. The keyless entry lock was upside down and I think the owner should give directions on how to use a keyless entry. I would also advise that the owner remove the rugs in the bathrooms. They are very slippery."

"We loved location and easy access to interstate. Quiet neighborhhod and nice area. Townhome was spotless clean and nicely accomodating. Price was evenly with a hotel which was a no brainer of choice. Felt like home away from home. Highly recommend this place. Host was very accomodating. "
