"We recently stayed at the Big Blue Hotel in Blackpool as part of our family road trip for our YouTube channel ThemeParkTeddy, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, the staff were amazing – welcoming, professional, and really went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. A special thank you to Owen, a member of staff in the restaurant, who looked after us when our food order didn’t reach the kitchen due to a mix-up. He spotted the issue right away and made sure it was sorted quickly and with a smile – top-notch service! The location is ideal, especially if you're heading to Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Our room had an incredible theme park view, which our child loved – waking up to the sight of the rides was a real treat. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and it felt like the perfect base for our Blackpool adventure. Everything was well-maintained and family-friendly.
