The hotel is a bit run down in places but still such a beautiful building but what really makes this hotel stand out is the staff, nothing is too much trouble. The lady that checked us in and went above and beyond to the Melissa who helped us with room service despite being run off her feet. The breakfast is outstanding again the staff on hand to assist. Parking is available on site. I would not stay anywhere else when visiting Blackpool!!!

We've stayed at The Imperial many times before and it's always excellent. Our twin room (205) was very spacious, with a good bathroom and modern TV. There's plenty of parking. Breakfast as always was excellent and the members of staff were very helpful.

Great location in a beautiful hotel of yesterday where famous people had stayed. Room was clean with a side view of the promenade. The hotel lobby was large where you could sit and order tea and small items. Check in and out was very smooth.

We stayed in a quadrupel sea front room,it was huge with great sea views and very comfitable.We went to see the illumination which was well worth the effort to see,and yes it rained,but it was good only wished we could have stayed a bit longer. The only down side and this is nit picking i was charged a surcharge for one of my party for breakfast has the room charge only coverd two people for breakfast which i thought strange has the room is for four people. The breakfast was stunning.

check in was smooth and the ladies were helpful and polite, the hotel is a bit dated and could do with a lick of paint. the only down side i could pick at is the car parking fee of £14 per night, it has risen quite sharply in just a few years. other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Location good for access to trams and approximate 15 minutes walk to North train station. Hotel has lots of character but is showing its age and could certainly do with a lick of paint , the double room I was given certainly could have done with a carpet upgrade. Staff trying their hardest but waiting times for reception etc aren,t the best. Would I stay here again , yes but would hope for a better room , decent value for the price paid.

The room was clean and well maintained. It's a shame the pool is no longer in use. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Bar food was good. Always a nice stay at the Imperial. Parking is expensive at £14 per night. Good position for using the tram which was £10 for 2 adults for a days travel.
