"The communications were great and access to the flat was easy with the instructions given. We were fortunate to be able to squeeze onto the last space on the pavement to park. Right on the promenade so not quiet at night but was easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. A plug socket nearer the bedroom mirror for being able to see whilst you do your hair would be fab and bigger mugs for a full size cuppa in the morning. "We absolutely love this hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds really comfortable. It could do with an update and refurb in certain areas but this doesn't affect the quality of the stay. The staff are very friendly and happy to help in any way they can. It's location is perfect as it's close to South pier, a tram stop, shops and the pleasure beach. We will be making further bookings in the future."

"Absolutely beautiful home and very welcome host, couldn't of done more, went out the way to be polite freindly and provided us with everything we needed to have an amazing stay. Only issue was we had to leave, the children really enjoyed it and wanted to move in, very nice base for exploring local and even if you was to stay in while there we enjoyed socialising and the luxerys like 4 bathrooms, deep bath and showers, comfortable beds, clean fresh bedding and towels provided, everything is well...
