"Other thing okay, but I feels like my room was not being cleaned well."

"To begin with, I arrived at the place; the door was closed, and I did not have the combination code for the building and do. ot the assigned room, never contacted by anyone. I was strolling in the street until a good Maltese Samaritan helped me contact the management using his phone; by the time I went to my room was 11:30 PM. The room service comes every day; they never changed the sheets or replaced the towels."

"This property was exactly what my son and I were looking for - small hotel to use as a base. Hotel was spotless. Friendly staff, always saying hello. Have to give a huge shout out to Mohammed, always on the desk, was absolutely wonderful from the first meeting. If you needed something you just ask and he will do his best to help. Also a wee mention to the shop down the stairs, very friendly staff"

"Great accomodation in a brilliant location, near to the harbour and numerous good restaurants but still very quiet & restful inside the apartment. The manager Angie was very friendly & helpful, even met us with the key after a late flight. Apartment was spotlessly clean & had everything we needed."

"For a five star hotel it was disappointing. First the positives… the pool, and pool area was wonderful and spacious. The buffet breakfast was nice with plenty of choices. That’s where it ends. The check-in was terrible. The clerk didn’t even smile or offer us a welcome drink as other guests were given. Despite it being a VIP Expedia hotel we were not offered an upgrade. We asked for an early check in and we were denied. We asked for a late check out and again, they said no. And we...
