"Hated the constant noise of sirens and traffic - much better soundproofing needed, annoying that the TV remote controlled both TVs when I only wanted one on with YouTube and not the other blaring BBC news or something- ended up unplugging the other tv to solve the issue Balcony is rather narrow and shower has no standing mat to stop you slipping The good news is that the double bed is lovely with usb ports and UK wall sockets which is excellent I like the TV size despite my whinge above...

"Our room was clean and spacious. Good variety of breakfast items. Front desk staff was very nice but rarely available. Bathroom flooded every time we used the shower. Hair dryer stopped working the first morning and after three days we still didn't get a replacement. I think the hotel is nice and a good value, but lack of desk staff could be an issue if there was a serious problem."

"The staff was amazing. Breakfast was also great. Location is awesome, close to the center of all the sites in Valletta. Sleep wasn’t great because you can hear other rooms. It’s a bit expensive vs comparable hotels / airbnbs but it was a good experience. "

"Location: the hotel is on a residential street near the harbor. Prepare to walk up two to three blocks of steps to get to the commercial level of the island. Restaurants have tables on the steps. Suite: clean, nicely decorated, enough room for four, not luxurious but comfortable. Living room is bigger than in the picture. Hotel: prepare to walk up steps to get to the elevator. Our suite was a half flight up from the elevator. Reception desk is not always staffed. Don’t plan to take Ubers to...

"The property was very new and even “shiny” !! The location was central enabling walking every where. Breakfast was very good. Staff very pleasant. Our room was spacious and had an iron and ironing board. "

Less than a mile from Valletta if you want to walk instead of taking the bus. Very helpful staff. I extendended my stay from 7 nights to 12 since I was so happy here."

"The wifi did not work and there was no laundry as advertised. The room i stayed in had constant loud banging sounds from the room the table was broken and the bed frame also broken and scratched my leg causing it to bleed; but i was able to switch rooms the second day. The road one street down is under construction so no cars could get through to the actual location. The cleaning staff were very nice, about half the office staff were nice, the others were somewhat rude and annoyed to speak...

"I checked in quite late due to the ferry schedule. The unit is less than 10 minutes from the ferry port. accessing the building was not difficult although as a short person I struggled to reach the keypad without having to step onto the first step at the doorway. I had a small carry on luggage and had to climb a somewhat narrow spiral staircase to the third floor with it. The keypad on the door handle was really frustrating to use because you had to turn the handle just enough to trigger it to...

"The location and authenticity of the accommodation is amazing. It is very close to the main sites in Valletta and in a traditional lane house. It is also great value. The one thing to be aware of is that given it is an authentic house and on a main thoroughfare, it is super noisy. If you bring some ear plugs it will be fine. The apartment itself is well equipped and all you need for a great stay in Valletta. Rooms are very spacious."
