"Clean and functional. Road noise is noticeable but not constant. The location does make the property easy to find and had plenty of easy parking space."
"Excellent host, great breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, within easy each of Wells and other places of interest , plenty of room outside to sit and enjoy the pleasant surroundings
This is our second visit to the premises and we will be going back again soon"
"We had a lovely stay at Little Paradise, Greyfield Farm Cottages! The cottage was immaculate, cosy and had lots of amenities to make our stay feel just like being at home.
We were able to bring our dog due to the cottages being dog friendly which meant our little pup also had a lovely weekend away with us.
Local pubs were walking distances within half an hour away, and Bath was only 20 minutes in the car making our trip seamless for heading out and then coming back to a lovely setting in the...
"History on the doorstep with the rained castle.
Complete with moat.
Lovely pretty small village.
Not an extensive menu.
Very tasty and well cooked food.
Very attentive service.
Seating inside and outside by the stream.
We had the basic twin bedded room.
Which was as the room suggests basic.
Very clean and comfortable bed.

"Beautiful Inn, recently refurbished and the room was excellent. Food was good, drink choice good and staff were both professional and friendly which is a great combination. Highly recommended and I'm sure we will be back."
"Excellent location in Central Somerset - a great base for the daily excursions we made. Cottage was very comfortable, with all amenities that one would need. We very much enjoyed our stay - peaceful and quiet. Just a couple of minor points: (1) the plug in the bathroom sink needs some lubrication - sticks; (2) I wonder if the post on the stairs that juts down into the kitchen area could be highlighted in some way. My wife bent down to place something in the rubbish bin and hit her forehead. "
"We are local to the hotel and stayed here for a few nights whilst some work was done on our home. We pop in frequently for breakfast anyway as it’s excellent value and very customisable, but found the room & service to be very good as well!"

"We stayed at 1 The Maltings on Saturday 16th August - a group of 3 of us who were working at the nearby Mid-Somerset Show. We arrived at 1700hrs - the earliest check in time and realised we did not have any email from the property with a key code. On trying the number for the owner, it simply rang out, no message facility. Over 45 minutes later we managed to get the code from a very helpful Hotels.com customer service person. The email with the code was sent at 22:30hrs that night - not very helpful.
The apartment is compact - bedrooms are okay - 3 doubles, pretty basic. There is a kitchen which is serviceable.
The bathroom is a converted small cupboard, consisting of shower, basin and toilet. If sitting on the toilet, your feet are in the shower tray. For the odd night it’s workable. Shower was pretty good - mixer type running off combi boiler. It was a shame to have found long hairs stuck to the side of the cubicle - not the cleanest.
Bedroom cleanliness was not brilliant - clearly nobody moves any furniture very often to clean around anything. The floor covering is a little misleading - it looks grubby, but is actually the grey pattern.
There are 3 TV’s - one in each bedroom, but we could only find 2 remotes.
There are no USB outlets in the property - take your plugs to charge devices!
Biggest issue was just getting in - by reading the reviews, this is clearly not a one-off."
