"The moment I checked-in, I was awed by the cleanliness of the whole house, and the host actually welcomed me with complimentary bottle of wine, crackers and some cheese spread. They also provided me amply towels and beach towels as well. The interior is also very nice, you can tell the owner had upgraded the home. The location is awesome with only 1 block to the Lover's Point Beach. Also 3 blocks to downtown Pacific Grove where there are many nice restaurants to choose. The neighborhood is very safe, I walked my dog at 9-10 pm with no issue. My only warning is if you drive a big suv like me, it might be little tight to park at the off street parking spot provided (I made it, but very tight)"

"This house is in the perfect location. It is walking distance from the beach in one direction and walking distance from restaurants and shopping in the other direction. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. The beds are a little tired and may need replaced."
