"It was a really nice location and mostly fit the description. There was also a nice touch of cheese, crackers, & wine at check in. The only complaints are that check-in process wasn’t communicated at all and checkout was a little all over the place. For reference, there’s written instructions posted next to a key box by the door. For checkout, they send you to document that references the house rule book (never found it) and a Google Doc that you’re supposed to fill out, but can’t because it’s locked and only available digitally. The checkout process on the list was fairly standard, but it felt like they wanted some documentation as proof and no way to provide it. Anyway, nice house, great town, great location. I’d stay again. "

"The property was dog-friendly, which was great for our little pup, but it didn’t have an ocean view. Unfortunately, we had a long list of issues that left us disappointed with this VRBO stay. To start, there was old, disgusting food left in the freezer. The townhouse badly needed a thorough cleaning, especially under and around the bed, and there were cobwebs on various items both inside and outside. The bed was made up of several thin, mismatched mattresses that kept sliding apart and were extremely uncomfortable. Worst of all, the lock on the sliding glass door was malfunctioning, leaving my wife and me locked out for half an hour while I "jimmied" the lock with the key. Our vacation to Pacific Grove was a disaster. We left two days early."

"The room was very nice and had a nice vibe to it. However, the check in time was 3 PM and the room was not cleaned until around 3:30... There was no AC and amenities like a refridgeratr. The sink was inside the room, seperate from the toilet and bathtub. "

"The hotel is clean, modern, and well-located, and the staff were great. However, for the price, it felt underwhelming. The renovation looks good visually, but many of the materials and finishes felt a bit cheap or superficial. Overall, it’s fine, but doesn’t quite justify the premium pricing."

"Our experience was great. It is a big house with I believe 10 suits. Stuff are nice. Breakfast is great. The overall stay was very cozy. Since it is a big house setting, you can talk to the other guests during the breakfast…. Great place to stay if you would enjoy quiet, family feeling experience. "
