Clean and Quiet room with a quaint garden setting. I stayed in 112 and I parked in the adjoining lot that is shared with another victorian inn. I felt safe and cozy. Staff was very attentive and very helpful. I would stay here again for the location and I also enjoyed the self check in process.

My wife and I had a great stay. Other than one other guest, everyone was nice and quiet. The parking situation is not great, but there was plenty of parking on the street around the property.

This beautiful and comfortable B & B is a well maintained historic house and grounds. Great hiking into Capitola and fabulous views of the ocean from our room and out on the communal back deck. The furniture is all beautiful antique pieces, bed is very comfortable and the breakfast plentiful and tasty.

Overall, quite nice. Great location, very friendly staff, clean. We stayed in room 110 which was frankly a very small room, too small.he double paned windows werw not ver efficient, lors of excess noise filtered in from the street.

The room was clean and had all the basics. The location was great because you could easily walk to restaurants and the ocean. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave available. However, the common room not somewhere you would like to sit because it was very small and not very appealing.
