"From outside it looks amazing, inside looks old furniture old carpet, long waiting for check in, very expensive parking which is almost full hard to find empty places, no security for your vehicle have to park at your own risk, in this condition why they charge huge amount, "

"First time at this hotel …. Our experience was great! Room was perfect! Managers and workers all super accommodating! Pool and hot tub was relaxing! We booked for 4 nights and had the breakfast vouchers … only downfall was about the vouchers …it seemed inconsistent with what we were able to get and not get each day when the buffet wasn’t running ( even though the vouchers said on them what was included) overall very satisfied and will definitely return to this hotel in the future :) "

The breakfast was better than I expected, with lots of choices. The hotel is older and no elevator, but that was not a problem because you can enter on the second floor. It's a pretty decent budget hotel for Niagara."
