"The room itself was great. Good sized, great view, FANTASTIC shower. Our beds were only made one out of a possible three days, which was puzzling. The room is super clean. The tv is huge but is not a smart tv and the remote is not very intuitive. There are two bottles of water in the room but if you’re not a higher up Hyatt member they’re three bucks each. Like: Really? I just paid you $1,200 for a room and you’ll charge me for two bottled waters? I was unamused by the attempted upsell to a better room without a clear explanation of what we’d be getting. Not necessarily pushy, but felt odd. The staff is otherwise friendly and professional. Nothing is free in this hotel (no fruit, cookies, etc). No grocery stores nearby so you’re locked into their restaurants if you don’t have a car, which we didn’t. This is not the hotel’s fault (I guess? Because everything seems well calculated to take your money), but to go to the falls, which we did all five days, you’re basically forced to take the incline railway, which is $4CAD each way. A switchback walkway would be great, and it’s a beautiful area. The concierge(s) were very confused where the FlixBus Mt. Carmel stop was, which caused me consternation for sure! One told me it was a short walk from the hotel, but this proved to be a spiritual center(?!) So, in short, bring plenty of cash with you!"

"We had a wonderful stay with our two kids! Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained throughout our stay, making it a great choice for families. The breakfast was really good, with lots of options for everyone. We also tried the dinner buffet one night and have no regrets—it was delicious! You can even smell the amazing food as soon as you step out of the elevator, which gets you excited for the meal. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely basement apartment! It was so comfy, very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our 3-night stay. The host was extremely nice, helpful and very informative. She explained some of the different activities to visit in the area. The apartment is located within walking distance to the White water Walk, WEGO bus line and Aero car facility. The location was not only great for the tourist excursions but it's also right off the Niagara River Recreational Pathway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this lovely apartment! We plan to come back again in the near future! Thank you a lot Larisa !!"

"Staff is excellent and always available. Room was clean, plenty of towels, a little worn, but newer sheets and pillow. I would have given a 5 star but the breakfast was just cereal, bread, jam and butter. They have a toaster and microwave. The coffee was excellent and always fresh which a big surprise. For the money well worth it. Parking is free and plentiful. Too long a walk to the Falls, but the Parkway bus is just across the road and so easy to use. Leave the car and enjoy Niagara"
