This property is very quiet among the hustle and bustle of Niagara Falls, the staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean! would stay there again.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, they even held our bags so we could go do stuff while waiting to be able to catch our bus to the air port. Jacuzzi was relaxing.

Free parking in the back of the hotel, only a 20/30 minute walk from the Falls and about 10/15 minute walk from Clifton Hills! The hotel itself is a little run down and on the older side but the staff was very sweet, the breakfast was tasty, were there dirty spots of the hotel in the room? Yeah, but this hotel is cheap and convenient!

Since the hotel provides only breakfast, I expect microwave to be available to heat some food, I would have loved to have a relaxing chair than straight ones and a table to write.Other than that I enjoyed my stay.
