My daughter and I took a weekend trip to Niagara Falls, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Serene Niagara Inn. The atmosphere was peaceful, and our bed was extremely comfortable. The owners were very nice and accommodating. We loved having breakfast in the morning, and the inn's proximity to the falls was a definite plus. I hope to return in the summer or fall and will definitely stay at the Serene Niagara Inn again!
We really enjoyed our stay at Serene Niagara Inn. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were very friendly, welcoming, and responsive in their communication. We liked that we were able to walk to the falls from the inn. We would book there again.

This was a cute little spot that's walking distance to the falls. The house itself is in a quiet area away from the noise of the main drag. We decided to sleep in a bit so we missed breakfast so not sure of the quality or the options available.
The one thing I want to express most about this property is that the family who owns it makes you feel like you are a part of their family. Even if I were just passing through Niagara Falls again without staying there, I would drop in just to say hello. They are outstanding people.
We stayed for 1 night in the Willow room. It was great to be near the attractions but away from the hustle and bustle. We had an easy walk to the falls and back. The room was small but perfect for a couple. I was able to brew a cup of coffee in the morning with fresh milk provided in the fridge. We didnt have breakfast but it looked good. Quiet and convenient.
The Serene Niagara Inn was a lovely stay. The breakfast was fabulous (and beautifully displayed). Jai was sweet and attentive. The property was perfectly located, quick walk to the falls. During the day the room was a little on the warmer side, but at night the fan on and windows open was comfortable.
Overall good experience, staff was friendly, room was nice and clean and modern. Have been to better bed and breakfasts for same price but they were all booked up. Only negative was size of the room and older windows that let more outside River Rd. Noise in at night. Also no meat options for breakfast but it was still really good!
Our stay at Serene Inn was amazing! The owners were extremely kind and accomodating to our needs. The room was lovely and the homemade breakfast was absolutely wonderful. We would definitely return again for another couple getaway.
A lovely and hospitable stay on our weekend getaway. The room was beautiful, clean and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious. The owners are so kind and talented culinarily, and artistically. We look forward to future visits!
Absolutely charming inn across the street from the Niagara River and a short walk from the falls. Owners could not have been more hospitable. I loved my stay.
Nice home recently redecorated. Very welcoming couple, good breakfast (very big portions), tea and coffee, filtered water available. The room was not very big. The linen were the best, white very soft cotton. We are side sleepers so the mattress was a bit hard to our taste but the mattress top helped. Everything we needed was in the room. We would have appreciated hand towels on top of the face cloths and bath towels that were provided. The thing we like the least was that there is no access to a living room or couches to relax. The breakfast room is very nice with the sun in the morning. Mini-fridge in the room was very appreciated since we had brought food and snacks, as well as the Netflix Amazon Prime TV services. Overall a very good stay with excellent hosts. Everything interesting in NF is accessible by foot, no need to look for parking, just walk to the Falls, entertainments and restaurants. Easy access to the highway to drive in and out of town.
Great little place accessible to Niagara yet secluded enough to feel your away from the hustle and bustle. The room is lovely and surrounded by welcoming touches, such as beautiful artwork by the owners husband, a corner chair, and tasteful linen. The shower is absolutely divine - a truly spa experience. The owner was welcoming and offered great suggestions and showed a real interest in her guests. A great personal touch.
I stay in hotels over 100 nights per year. Best check-in this year. Simple and seamless.
The only complaint is a high cleaning fee. These cleaning fees used by a small number of hotels is a scam and faulty portrayal of the room rate. They should not be allowed and those who use them should be aware it is manipulative.
The location was the best. Sidewalks all the way into town. The owner of the Inn was incredible. Her attention to detail and her willingness to cook us our special diet for breakfast was unsurpassed. Best food we had in Niagara Falls. Strongly suggest anyone staying here requests her special Indian breakfast. It was the best and my husband and I are craving the flavors!
Everything was excellent! The location couldn’t be better for visiting the Falls. It’s a short walk and away from the amusement park atmosphere surrounding the Falls. The maple room isn’t large, but that was fine with us — it’s modern, clean and well appointed. Jai, the host is the best! She was very accommodating and personable. The breakfast was awesome (great coffee). The perfect first stop on our Canadian road trip!
It felt like home. Very warm and cozy. Comfortable

Owner was very nice. It’s a room renovated on the 2nd floor of an old building. A few things that were disappointing, we couldn’t get the TV to turn on at all, the TV screen said no signal available. The AC was on all night and we got very cold. (By the time we got back to the room around 11:30 pm it appeared that everyone was sleeping) You can’t control the thermostat. In addition the bed was positioned very high above the ground, not your standard height as in all hotel rooms, we had to sort of jump on it to get on the bed (we are both tall and I’ve had surgery on my back). If you are short in height or have any health (back) issues I would not recommend this place.
When we checked in we were asked to pay 25 Canadian dollars for cleaning fee, which we paid immediately in cash but not given a receipt. On my Orbitz.com reservation it said that I “may have to pay cleaning fee upon Checkout” depending on length of stay and type of room, but no $ amount and clarification was published, we choose the cheapest room for 1 night ony.
I wish Orbitz was more clear in explaining the extra fees associated with my booking, we like to know what we are going to spend before booking. All our other hotel bookings clearly published all information so you knew exactly what other fees you would incur in addition to room price BEFORE booking.
The best part of the B&b was the location, it was a 10-15 minute walk to the Niagara Falls and you could leave your car parked in their lot for free.
This property was within walking distance from the Falls. We could even see fireworks from the porch. Jai was very accommodating re: my food allergies. It was a quiet neighborhood and perfect for couples. I would definately stay here again if in the area.
