"As for the breakfast I didn’t try it due to sleeping in a little longer than expected each day, but the AC was great and our experience for the first time here was amazing. Much better than expected. Well actually the only little issue was with the Starbucks folks but oh well. "

The staff was so empathetic and kind enough to ask if we needed any toiletries and if we needed any help. I wished I got her name. They also called me right away when my luggage arrived later that day. We will be checking in to this hotel when ever we visit socal."

"Got in around 11 pm to check in, had to drop our stuff and go because we had somewhere to be and didn't really get a chance to check out the room. Didn't get back again until about 1 am and the entire lot was full with nowhere to park. Ended up parking somewhere nearby and discovered the room was infested with roaches, on the walls in the tub, in the sink. Between that and not feeling comfortable with the parking, we ended up not even sleeping in the room and couldn't get help until morning....

"I booked a room with a roll-in shower. When I got to the hotel I double checked TWICE with staff to ensure it was the correct room type. The girl looked at me like I was dumb and said yes and charged my card. It was NOT the correct room. This began a 4+ hour long inconvenience. I go tell them they gave me the wrong room and the correct one is needed because that is what I paid for and they proceed to ask why I need the roll-in shower. "Staff was nice. Room 307. Room was on the larger side, that’s about it. The room was not clean, there was hair in the shower and hairs in the bed (thankfully we brought our own sheets). The shower didn’t drain, took 10 minutes to drain after a 5 minute shower. The front door had a gap on the went from 1/4 inch to over an inch, so light and sound carne right in. "
