"I took my 13 year old son to Disney and Knott's, so we stayed for a week. Check-in was quick considering they were pretty busy. The room was nice and clean. The tub drained properly (a huge bonus and a rarity for hotels these days). I really liked the boysenberry scented shampoo and conditioner, but I was disappointed that I could not purchase it. Oh well. Gift shop only took cards, so we didn't buy anything there. The hotel breakfast (not included in price) was also really good. I would definitely recommend this place, and would stay here again. "

"The room was spacious enough for me and my kids but, the walls and the floors were dirty. When we first approached the room housekeeping was still inside cleaning the air conditioning unit. Overall it was a good stay for me and my kids."

"Initially we got to the hotel and the toilet wouldn’t flush. We were moved to a different room and the second room’s thermostat didn’t work. After being moved to a third room, we found that the toilet also wouldn’t flush. The chains that allow the toilet to flush were both broken on both rooms. After trying to just fix it ourselves, we sat down on the bed and found a bed bug. After telling the staff that we just wanted to cancel our reservation, they were very cool with it and just gave us the number to expedias help line for the reimbursement. "

"Friendly staff, great customer service from my experience. However, the room we were originally put in REAKED of cigarette smoke and accompanied with several cigarette burns in the blankets and night stand. As well as a nice spider web with a big ole spider along the top of the door and hinges. I immediately went to the front desk to switch rooms. They did so there on the spot(where the good customer service comes in). The 2nd and final room was better(in a way)- free of cigarette smoke and burns but the floors, walls, toilet and doors were dirty and stained like there was never an attempt to clean them. The corners of the floor had collections of dust and dirt. The first room very well may have been in this condition as well but didn't pay much attention as the smell immediately turned me away as previously stated. Luckily we literally only slept there since we spent all our time at Disneyland. Anyway, definitely will never even consider returning and urge anyone the same. "
