"The front desk staff were so helpful when we asked to make a few changes on the room we reserved, and they were able to assist us kindly understanding our situation.They also explained the details we needed to know about our room exchange, parking and hotel amenities. The buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant had so many options and our waitresses were awesome. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The AC worked well and kept the room cool. All staff who we passed in the hallways or lobby...

"Great location lots of stuff walking distance, knotts Berry Farm about 20 minutes away. Free parking, breakfast is basic cereal, oatmeal, fruit, toast, muffins, coffee and juices. Pool is clean and not freezing cold but a lil warm. The complaint I do have and was very disappointed was the hot tub is not working and when I called the staff informed me the pool and hot tub were open till 10:00pm. There than that decent for the price. "

"The area surrounding the Villa Inn felt unsafe, which is not a direct reflection of the Inn, nut the room felt dirty. There was a cigarettes burn in the comforter. There was only two pillow on the bed, that didn't look clean. We actually checked in, walked into the room and walked out. "

"Doesn't look like much coming in. But once you go to check in desk meet the friendly staff, a husband and wife. Both of which are extremely kind, attentive, detail oriented, and focused on guest satisfaction. Once you get to the room it is surprisingly better then you would expect from your normal motel experience.i was relieved how clean they are. Then add the almost full size fridge and freezer vs standard mini fridge, 50 inch flat screen smart TV with all the apps you need for...
