"The lobby was very nice. However, the room didn’t have a table for writing nor a chair. Most important was that the shower did not have anti slip strips nor shower map and almost slipped upon getting into the tub and I requested to move to a handicappedroom. I was told that there weren’t any handicapped rooms, but that they would look into the matter. I did not receive a reply to my request. Will not return to Knott Berry Farm hotel."

"It’s located in a convenient location. My room was located right next to the pool which opens until 10pm. It was very noisy and couldn’t sleep until after every one left the pool. Room carpet was dirty. Bathtub had a mold. AC is so loud. My room was adjoining accessible room and I could hear almost everything from the next door room which was so disturbing. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family"

"The hotel was so beautiful, spacious and clean. I got the two queen bed room. There was a standing shower, beautiful lighting and a window overlooking the city. There was only valet parking which was free also for us who had a reservation. Breakfast is not included."

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Loved that they have free parking and free WiFi when so many other hotels are now charging for them. Has a refrigerator but not a microwave. It has a nice pool area. They serve coffee and tea in lobby. Although it is a basic, no frills hotel, it is very clean. We came for Disneyland and other places and it was perfect for our family."

"We have stayed here before because it is in a good location, feels safe, clean, budget friendly and suits our needs for our visit. This recent stay was a little different experience (2.5-3 stars). Blow dryer didn’t work and water was turned off intermittently our last night (3 night stay). We were able to get a blow dryer from the front desk, but it was an inconvenience especially after a travel day. Water was back on next morning but had to leave early for the airport without a shower. "

"Rooms were ok. If your looking for luxury this is NOT the place. Sheets and bedding had stains. when i pulled blankets off bed there were crumbs of some sort in bedding along with hair. When we checked in the receptionist was really nice and had a positive attitude. The night shift guy was very rude and didn't seem to care to treat customers with hospitality or with a positive attitude.
