"This place rocks, simply put! Highly recommend staying here!"

"I love the Ritz!! Best hotel I’ve ever been too, nobody has ever taken care of me like they have, ever! Everyone in the building needs a raise, from the bar to the lobbyist!"

"I was nervous as a lot of Portland is dirty and homeless"

"Friendly and helpful staff, very clean and very convenient location"

"Well placed"

"Clean room. Better if the water pressure could be more stronger. Staff is friendly. Great location with cops all over the Vicinity esp with high end shoppers."

"Excelente habitación!"

"Great start did not like the 100 per night hold fee minus that everything was great!"

"The place was very clean and inviting. I paid for the hotel stay in full prior to arrival. However, even after letting front desk know and showing him the receipt, he insisted that I hadn’t gotten charged yet and proceeded to charge me again. Later on, I discovered that I was indeed charged twice; the price was even more onsite."
