The the hotel staff was absolutely amazing! We had a problem with our booking and they were able to resolve the issue very accordingly and in a timely manner. When you stay here you feel like you were walking through an episode of the history channel because of all of the beautiful authenticity kept in this place! I will recommend and continue to stay at Benson for every return to Portland!!!

Only knock on this otherwise beautiful and comfortable hotel is the locals roaming the streets of Portland nearby. Woke up to car alarms, unstable people yelling in the street, etc. But the property itself is lovely.
