"The tub is the star of this place (after I cleaned it since it was dirty upon arrival). It was deep and the water was relatively hot. The “onsen” left a lot to be desired - I’ve had much better experiences at other soaking pools and hot springs in the area. I left it after three minutes due to the luke warm water and small depth. The bath was better. While this was supposed to be a getaway from a million children and home life so I can recover - I ended up leaving a day early. There was a very loud, high pitched ringing that came from the wall everytime the people above flushed, took a shower, or ran a bath that lasted 5-10 minutes after the fact. I was woken up multiple times the first night when it was already hard to fall asleep. You are given two pillows that deflate into very thin sheet like - not even the word pillow could be used to describe. My neck hurts. Badly. There is no room service and the food on site is open at inconvenient times. Come prepared. I saw numerous people who use the cold water downstairs by the elevator put the mouth piece of their water bottle around the spout as if Covid wasn’t just a few years ago. Honestly, the holiday in is a much more comfortable situation and they include breakfast. The staff were very kind. The checkin process easy. The miso soup being sold for $2 in the gift shop is the same you can get from the grocery.it’s also the same you can get from the high scale Waterfalls on site. Tv didn’t work. Very pungent elevator."
