The entire presentation of this hotel is top notch from the time you drive into the parking lot to the being greeted by the front desk staff when you arrive. Check in was easy, she explained where the pool and workout room is and what time breakfast is served the following morning. Upon giving us our room keys, she gave instructions on which way to go after stepping off the elevator. Each time we left our room and exited or entered the facility we were greeted with a smile.

This hotel was close to where we needed to be, clean, and quiet. There wasn't a lot to go to within walking distance (Elmer's and a Shell gas station), but it was a quick drive to stores and restaurants. The elevator moves slower than other elevators I've used at other hotels, so sometimes it's just quicker to take the stairs depending on where your room is located.

The hotel was fine, rooms were nice with nice bathrooms. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. The problem was in the booking of the rooms. Worst experience ever. Booked through a 3rd party and was totally messed up between 3rd party and Marriott. Finally had to cancel 3rd party and rebook through Marriott. Hugely disappointed in this process. Front desk unable to book room for me. Tells me Marriott management doesn't trust their own staff to do this. The Marriott Bon Voy app was extremely user-unfriendly. Did not recognize the hotel even when I was standing in the front lobby. It took me 45 minutes to rebook the rooms I had originally booked through 3rd party. I had to re-enter personal info and credit card info 3 times before it was accepted in website. Highly unlikely I will book another Marriott room in the future. Too bad because the hotel and staff were very nice.

Everything was great!! The staff friendly and helpful with anything needed, no issues with the room other than the sofa-bed mattress not having much support/padding, so wasn’t comfortable using it and didn’t. The breakfast was great with a variety of selection in food and drinks. Everything was immaculate, inside and outside. I highly recommend this place and will be my choice on future trips. SM
