Clean room, most of the staff were great (Gabriella at Bellpine, Nico in the Club Lounge and Thomas are amazing and keeps us coming back). There were some female staff in the Lounge that were not very nice in regards to letting us take food and/or drinks to our room and told us that we are not allowed to do that? That was unpleasant and didn’t make sense to us when we saw others with to-go boxes taking food and beverage to their room. The amenities are wonderful though. Beautiful building and decor!

This hotel is truly incredible. The spa and the pool was the highlight of my trip. The staff in the spa were so welcoming and friendly and Patrick was amazing! I had dinner at the Bellpine on the top floor and it was delicious. I recommend doing to the 7 course dinner it was so much fun trying new and different dishes. Overall will be back!

The service was outstanding! I would come back just for the amazing staff, who were friendly and very helpful. They suggested the best restaurant recommendation of our trip. I liked the fresh decor and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The car service was used twice and it was free. Very nice property.

The Ritz Carlton, Portland, truly lives up to its renowned brand. The hotel staff is exceptional—friendly and inviting. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay!

This is a great addition to downtown. Beautiful lobby area, nice gym and great pool. Friendly, helpful staff.
