"Excellent hotel- great location, fabulous staff and amenities"

"Beautiful property, sophisticated ambiance, and an exceptional sense of luxury. Faena New York made my stay in the city feel special. A memorable experience."

"Overall a decent stay. Most staff were wonderful but a few were rude and disappointing. Amenities were great but a few flaws like steam room working poorly and no hot tub at the pool. I really appreciated the welcome alcohol and dessert but a few things were missing from the room such as bath salt and cups to brew tea."

"Our room wasn't cleaned on our second day and no excuse was provided. Staff did bring up towels, water, etc. When reported, we were asked more than once if we had placed the do not disturb placard on the door, which we had not. Our room was cleaned the next two days so it was obviously a glitch. Also, the in room coffee service was below par. Machine produced small amounts of coffee per serving. Staff was friendly and generally responsive. No on-site food options wasn't ideal and I wouldn't...

"Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Kaffee und Tee in der Lobby jederzeit kostenfrei, ideale Lage mit vielen preiswerten Restaurants in der Nähe, Subway-Stationen in der Nähe, wir würden dieses Hotel wieder wählen"

"The toilet was running incessantly throughout the night and despite our complaints, it was never fixed, nor were we given any significant concessions to our room"

"As someone who has travelled around the world, this is definetely not a four star Hotel. The hotel rooms are so small you only access the bed from one side. My wife had to climb over me to get in and out of the bed. When we arrived and saw the room, I immediately called reception to ask to change my room for a larger one. I was told that every room in the hotel is exactly the same size and would not be able to "upgrade". The sink is part of the living quarters and you can't open the...

"Staff very friendly and accommodating. Made us feel welcomed. Our rooms were not ready since we came at noon but they held our bags for us. Rooms very clean and amenities available for free on request like coffee and waterpot. Rooms a bit on the pricey side but the location was also good so well worth it. Will be coming back in the future."

"Clean"

"The front desk staff (Alex in particular) were incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you for making my last night in NYC comfortable, safe and relaxing"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great and amenities were so helpful."

"This hotel is fantastic! It’s beautiful and the staff is delightful. They have coffee and pastries every morning. For a NYC hotel, we found the room spacious with plenty of room for all of luggage, clothing, and shoes. It felt roomy."

"Floor was not clean. On our last day one of the beds were not made/cleaned by housekeeping. Bathroom shower curtain not clean. Weird bathroom layout. No bathroom in lobby? Not sure if that’s normal. Fridge in room was not cold."

"Efficient staff!"
