"The room was huge and the staff was very welcoming. Jose always held the door open for us and always arranged our transportation around the city which was super helpful! The rooftop bar Hide was amazing! Great vibes, drinks and food! "
"I really enjoyed this hotel. We had big rooms with plenty of facilities, including facilities to prepare food and to eat in your room. We didn't experience annoying noise and the rooms were clean. You can also buy food to warm up on your room in the lobby which is a nice touch. The staff was helpful, and breakfast was ok enough. Nearby you also have some nice restaurants. We went to Boots and Bones. It was easy to travel to Manhattan as there was the Grove Street station right next to the hotel...
"Fantastic property with wonderful staff to match it! From the moment we arrived the valets were friendly and accommodating, followed by an efficient and friendly front desk staff. Turn down service left us with a nice welcome note and cookies to enjoy in the evening. The room was thoughtfully appointed and beds and bedding were divine. Just outstanding stay! I only regret not being able to enjoy a meal in the wonderful on site restaurants or a drink at the bar but I will be back for sure!...

"Had a great stay here. Got the 2 queen corner room with the river and memorial pool view and it was stunning. Front desk were very nice and helpful. Would 100% stay again!"

"My partner and I really enjoyed our stay in a spacious and well equipped apartment in 17 John. Everything we could need for a short stay in New York was available.
Apartments are just a few minutes walk from Fulton Street subway, but also surrounded by local shops and restaurants. Brooklyn Bridge is also just a few minutes walk away.
Reception is manned 24/7, and were really helpful. A small problem with one of the doors in our apartment was fixed on the day reported.
