"It was a great deal and overall stay for the area. This is the third place we stayed in that immediate area near the Fulton St. Station in that price range. This was the best.$37 credit being an Expedia VIP member got us two drinks. Upstairs bar very nice. Downside, no breakfst options at all. Need to go out for it. $16 per night for use of Netpresso machine, some okay snacks, and bottled water. Gym was above average. Discounted Parking was $45 a night three blocks away. Good deal for area."

"The rooftop hotel is not open. There’s no open balcony at all. Location is wonderful. Staff was so nice but he said he would bring me up my Uber, but yeah he disappeared so staff is not consistent. I don’t think that they should charge what they charge in a hotel you get nothing but a room. "

"It was a bed and shelter to stay in that got the job done, but don't go expecting an amazing comfortable stay. Some of it is attributed to the building itself being of a clearly older age for sure, but I think some comfort improvements can be made, especially with the bed. Overall though, for a relatively cheap place to stay in Manhattan, I guess I can't complain too much. "
