"Loved the service from Roger and Edwin.. so attentive and helpful.. you need more like them. We didn’t like how we kept trying to book the Hibachi and either we called and couldn’t do it and online wouldn’t work.. very disappointing."

"Overall, our stay was okay, but I expected more from an Autograph Collection all-inclusive resort. The property is clearly showing its age and could use some updates, as the facilities didn’t feel as well maintained as I would expect for this level of resort. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which was definitely a positive. However, it seemed like there was always an opportunity to upsell something, and because we were traveling with a larger group, many activities and services came with additional charges. For an all-inclusive resort, I expected more to be included without constantly being asked to spend extra. While we still enjoyed our vacation, the resort didn’t quite live up to the expectations that come with the Autograph Collection name."

"The staff were very cordial and helpful. The food was delicious. The workout room leg press machine was in poor shape. The rest of the workout equipment was workable. The pool water was clean and the many jacuzzi jets were nice, but there was quite a bit of debris on the floor of the pool. There was a shortage of electrical outlets for electronic devices near the beds."

"We had a great family vacation here. Loved the pools and the beach. We had a plunge pool which was well maintained. I would suggest doing the preferred status. We got some of the perks due to our Expedia status and we enjoyed it. Only complaint about the room is for 2 adults and 2 kids there was no dresser therefore very limited space to put clothes. Also neighbors were loud and easy to hear. Our last night they were outside at their pool partying until like 2 in the morning."

"Overall nice hotel, room was slightly dated showing wear in a few places but nothing too major. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was my biggest gripe but still overall pretty decent. Buffet was hit or miss, the restaurants were pretty good. Good pools, and waterpark for the kids. Beach has potential if you visit when there is no seaweed, unfortunately we weren't able to enjoy it because it."

"I didn’t need much for an airport hotel but I was pleasantly blown away. I got in at 8pm and had an extremely early flight the next morning. I was able to order food and enjoy the room, which had an especially comfy bed, before I had to leave. I’ve stayed at the other hotel near Cancun airport but now I’m sticking with this one. Far and away the better property."
