"The wifi was not good. The continental breakfast is not worth the money. The restaurant barely acknowledges you if you thr coupon and then either don't serve you or serve cold items. The room and hotel are nice, but small. The staff are helpful when you can find desk staff. For the cost expect more, but it is an historical hotel and that is good."

"Room was clean, comfortable bed, pillows. Some of the walls in the bathroom were uneven. The door in the shower was loose and difficult to open you had to push hard. But over all very clean. In my first stay the drain in the shower was clogged. I waited till the next day texted the front desk, stated what happened and asked for a complimentary upgrade, and got a text immediately and was upgraded to a room with a terrace, too bad it was raining I was not able to enjoy it. The staff was good but...

"This is an excellent location, central to everything and steps away from subway. Hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean. Lobby was lively and inviting to work in or just hang out. I also liked the low-light vibe throughout, however, it was difficult to put make-up on in my room which is the only drawback. Overall, I felt it was great value for the area and I would book there again."
