"Für Londoner Verhältnisse hatten wir ein modernes Zimmer, großes Fenster zum Kensington Garden hinaus, sehr gute Lage, Frühstück ordentlich, Sauberkeit des Raumes in Ordnung. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt."

"Excellent customer service"

"Rooms slightly small but comfortable walking distance to restaurants, shopping, tube. Bars and restaurants at the hotel were great. They let us check in early as our flight arrived in the morning. Would sty here again"

"Such a quirky hotel. Wasn’t expecting it. Staff, facilities both excellent. Gorgeous bar area. Definitely stay again. 5 mins for King’s Cross. Just amazing thank you"

"The staff at The Rubens were wonderful, especially the doormen! We had the pleasure of meeting two lovely gentlemen during our stay, but Robert truly stood out. He was incredibly friendly, warm, and kind to everyone who walked through the doors. His welcoming personality made every entrance and exit feel special. He truly is a gem and such an asset to the hotel!"

"The hotel was absolutely amazing! The hotel was close to a metro stop. Nice location. Everything was top tier. The staff was super nice. The room and the hotel were very nice. Front desk attends to your needs as son as you can. It’s definitely worth the price. I will be staying here again."

"Loved the property, location and staff. Can’t wait to stay again next time we are in London."

"Ours was a short stay for work but the room was nice and clean & the staff were friendly."
