"So the Emerald cafe inside the hotel we saw 2 roaches on 2 different days . The staff tried to find it , an kill but could not . Surprised to see that in a 5 star hotel . Also , did not get house keeping and when they finally came after calling front desk . My daughter ended up helping the cleaning person collect towels an trash . Not so much a big deal , but seeing the roaches was gross . The hotel is beautiful, rooms was clean , and the lazy river was my favorite part !!! I was there...

"Overall my stay was excellent and better than I anticipated. The suite was spacious. All of the facilities were clean and well maintained. And the staff are all friendly and outstanding. The walk to the tower from the parking lot is a bit far So, it would be nice if luggage carts were available in the tower. Next time I will bring my own. That said, there is Bell Service that is very helpful."
