"Front desk supervisor, Dia, is in a league of her own when it comes to service! She went above and beyond from day 1 to make our stay was perfect. Had a big issue with hotels.com while there and she took charge, guided us, and corrected everything with perfection. My son (16) literally said that she was amazing when we were leaving from our stay, and teenagers don't say much. We will be staying there ANYtime we are needing to be in the area. This is easily the best convention, or Sea World place to stay in."

"Waterpark was an extra $25/day/person fee. Wavepool and lazy river were quite crowded, but kids had fun. It was pretty close to everything (15 min anywhere we wanted to go). Rooms were clean/nice/good condition (but dated in terms of style -- pictures were accurate). I was happy with it and would do it again."

"We had difficulties checking in but it was on EXPEDIA's end and not the hotels. The staff at the hotel, Isabella, was exceptional in that she persisted in calling Expedia and then onto Corporate working out the issue even though I'd made the reservation 10 months prior. Hats off to Isabella for her persistence and the great help she was in making the check-in pleasurable. Don't know WHY Expedia would send me the wrong confirmation number but it happened. "

"Everything was amazing, parking was great even with an event in town that we came for. The hotel is very pet friendly and the convenient for all travelers. No issues at all during our 2 night stay. Can't wait to book another trip with this hotel."

"Met our needs for a convention. Accommodated our request for a room on the first floor. No problems. Would stay again. "

"I arrived at 4:30 pm for a 4 pm check-in and my room was not ready when I arrived. I was told that I would receive a text when the room was ready. I still had not heard anything by 6:15 pm. I checked at the front desk and they said the room was finally ready. The toilet was slightly leaking and the carpet was soaked by the air conditioning unit. The bathrooms need updating. I was only there for one evening and left by 6am, so it was fine for the night. However, I would not have wanted the same room if I had to stay for additional nights. Overall, I would choose a different hotel if I had a choice, but I was there for a convention that my daughter attended."
