"Family affair with two toddlers went for the first time to Orlando. We stayed at cabana Bay. This resort was the best resort we’ve stayed in. The food was good. The drinks were good. My kids had so much fun that we had to stay an extra day a big plus you walked to the volcano. Bay and shuttles were free for Universal Studios."

"We were there for 5 days and they did not clean the room at all. We stayed there 5 days actually they were just bringing the towels clean and nothing else. They did not clean our room at all and there’s housekeeping told the front desk down there she tried to clean the room at 5 o’clock, and nobody ask us even in a 5 o’clock to clean the room."

"Room was clean, well made up, beds are comfy. A/C was working a treat and much needed too. Cleaners were friendly and thorough, loads of storage space. Shower over the bath was a bit week and worn but it worked perfectly well every time and thats what you need. All in all a very pleasent stay If I have a criticism it would be the total lack of respect by the other guests. Noisy kids at 0115, banging doors and parents just as loud into the early hours. That is not the fault of the hotel though and I would recommend this hotel."

"Room was clean, really wish the indoor water area opened earlier as we paid resort fees but the kids only got two hours total to play. First night we had no water so no working toilet, shower, etc. Staff was very nice, but our overall experience wasn’t what I expected. Might give it a second chance depending on our schedule next time we’re in Orlando. "

"The staff was nice and helpful but areas of the building was dirty and need maintenance. There was the smell of marijuana from everywhere. We had a moment of fright in the elevator. Nothing like the pictures. Wasn’t our worst hotel ever but probably won’t stay there again. "
