"Could improve the overall quality of the hotel, there’s not that much space in the rooms for hanging, storage or seating. Laundry room didn’t soap and staff didn’t do anything about it. Nobody answer the phone for us to check out at 2 am."

"Property was clean, convenient parking can be exhausting at times due to all the travel coming through staying at the hotel. Attraction stand inside the hotel the lady that was working there was extremely nice. Check in was ok. A lot of waiting before they call the next person to be checked in, not sure if it’s just letting to computer update from the last transaction or what but I want complain to much about that. Overall I would recommend the location to stay."

"Spacious room with good storage and charging points. Hairdryer provided along with mirror. Adequate seating in room. Only 2 washing machines and 2 dyers in hotel- 1 on floor 2 and 1 on floor 5. Lobby area bright and spacious. Beds made daily, towels replaced and bathroom area cleaned. Floor could do with a brush/ wash during stay. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash/ body lotion provided.Good location across road from Icon Park. Rooms soundproof- corridors not. Overall we had a great stay. "

"I don't write reviews often, but this experience demands one. We arrived at midnight for a late check-in — a process that should be seamless — and were handed keys to a room that was already occupied by sleeping guests. Let that sink in. The staff assigned us a room with people already in it. This is not a minor inconvenience; it is a serious security and privacy failure that should never happen at any hotel, at any price point. The chaos continued from there. Two of the three elevators were out of service, forcing all guests to share a single working elevator. Getting to our room on the fifth floor turned into an exhausting wait at the end of an already long night. The room itself was clean, which I'll acknowledge — but that is the bare minimum expectation, not a selling point. The rest of the property tells a different story. The lobby furniture is visibly deteriorating, with holes that make it look like maintenance hasn't been a priority in years. The swimming pool was in a condition I can only describe as neglected — algae growing along the sides is not a cosmetic issue, it is a hygiene one."

"We had no hot water for over one day so no showers. The lighting in the rooms was terrible. However the rooms were clean. It was raining so we did not use the pool. The location is central to most places and the cost is low. "
