"Checking in took extremely long and this was after peek time. The hotel front desk has no sense of urgency and my room was not clean despite me calling and confirming on my way out. I was unaware to communicate with the housekeeping staff due to a language barrier and parking is $20 per day for apparently no reason as there is no security on patrol that I observed. Location is great but I did not like the crowd of pit smokers hanging in the parking lot at night."

"The hotel was dirty and made me uncomfortable along with the fact that it had no hot water in the shower and dirty shower floors"

"Room was clean property was nice. Did not like the fact that you had to purchase a tube for the lazy river and our building was quite the hike to anywhere but overall a nice property to stay"

"Room was clean but lowest rate for use of space, chairs were horrible, bed made popping noise. Lots of people sitting by stairs and common areas smoking pot. Never went to pool or bar."
