"Very disappointing experience. We had a serious issue with our room door and the staff never properly solved the situation or offered real help until several hours later. We were left for hours without access to our belongings, received multiple promises that were never fulfilled, and due to the hotel’s negligence we ended up missing our flight. The most disappointing part was the complete lack of empathy and professionalism from the staff."

"The property was comfortable, although the facilities may be a bit outdated. It appears the property is undergoing renovations, as there were construction materials in the green areas; however, I did not see any work being done during my stay. Everything looked clean, and the staff was friendly. The property charges a facility fee and a deposit fee, which came as an unexpected surprise for both me and other guests checking in at the same time. This caused some confusion and delays during the registration process. Additionally, bottled water is not included with breakfast or provided in the room fridge, and there is an extra charge if you want one. "
