"Love the pool and lazy river. The 26$ per day for parking is a bit steep. Especially for us Canadians who have to convert. The rooms are showing their wear. I’ve been there when they first opened and there doesn’t seem to be any room updates. Hot water in shower was an issue, broken closet door. Bathroom very dated and worn."

"There was no hot water at the property and didn’t tell you until we checked in and made it impossible to cancel the reservation, the telephone number was disconnected so the agent couldn’t reach out. The phone in the room didn’t work so we didn’t get any fresh towels or toilet paper during our week stay. We ended up buying our own also when we did go to the front desk no one was there and the door was locked. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and staff didn’t care anyways. No compensation at all. Room had missing tiles, bathroom was gross and rusted."
