"My family and i was the first time going to florida and we were so excited when we saw the coco key hotel we love it the pools were excellent the water slide was so much fun definitely we would go next vacation and stay there.."

"The bedsheets and towels were smelly . Our rooms were in the corner. There is smoke smell in the corridors just outside our room. When attempted to call front desk, phone was not working. I travelled with kids and family and did not feel comfortable at all staying in this place. Price is certainly cheap! This is my experience. I vacated 1 day earlier than my intended stay. . "

"The water was cold and even though I complained about it, nothing was done. It was practically impossible to shower. The bathrooms are horrible and the water jumps all over because the curtain is short. The tiling is very old, broken and dirty The breakfast is ready poor and stale "

"Pros-Great staff! Great location to Universal/Islands/Epic/Volcano shopping and dinning. Clean rooms. Cons- parking was terrible. You had to fight to get parking after dark because of the roof top bar and restaurant in main lobby."
