"Gary was very friendly and helpful. He called on the day I was checking in to check on my arrival and also recommended places to eat. The room was well appointed with a comfortable bed. The bathroom is spacious but has a lot of cobwebs and some of the residents. The bedside is really convenient but I found someone else’s finger nails on it 😓 Breakfast the next morning was hearty and set me off to a good start. "

"Lovely stay, very friendly helpful staff couldn’t do enough for us. Twin room no 4 small but very comfy, very nicely decorated, nice views to the left. Lovely bathroom with nice hot shower. We had an evening meal and breakfast there the food was lovely, service excellent. Plenty of parking, nothing much near by but that suited us. Would highly recommend and hope to return sometime. If you want to eat there at night make sure you book a table in advance, we weren’t made aware of this before hand...

"The hotel was booked for a couple of nights stay, it was a lovely quiet location with the garden beside a brook running through the village. The room was at the back of the hotel was very quiet aswell, the only concern was the shower cubicle was a bit small, but to be fair couldn't be any larger in the room. The food was very good and reasonably priced, the breakfast was also very good-quite large. On our experience we would definitely recommend, the superb weather helped considerably, ample...
