"The room and amenities were great! Hot tube and pool heated and my kid enjoyed both. Free shuttle to the village is really convenient. Good breakfast options. Big kudos to Tracy for yoga and helping with my lower back!"

"room was big cean stylish, and bed was very comfortable. Two problems: Advertised breakfast was abruptly cancelled in the morning after telling us it was available the night before. Parking fee was increased in the morning after quoting us a lower price the night before. Front desk person gave a barely perfunctory apology with not even a tiny comp for either problem. The lack of breakfast made us nearly late for an appointment adding stress and the expense of breakfast in a pricey town"

"Highs and lows! Staff was great. However, feels like because we were an Expedia reservation, we got the run-down part of the property when it was nearly empty. Pros: Amazing location. Walkable to everything. Gym was awesome. Staff was great. Room was clean*. Cons: No AC. On the 4th floor, it gets hot. Also, in the run-down wing, neghbors balcony looks into our bedroom. Not great when there’s no AC and you need the door open. Feels like 1960 called and wants their condo back. Deferred...

"We were only here for one night while we were driving to California, but I wish we could have stayed here for a week. A terrific room in a very hospitable hotel with a great restaurant and lots of nice amenities—and a gorgeous view from our room. If you're lucky enough to go to Vail, this is an excellent choice for a place to stay."
