"The hotel was exceptional and the condition was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and were extremely friendly. The location of the resort was perfect and having the shuttle bus to Beaver Creek ski area as well as Vail was great and saved me a lot of money on taxis. The restaurant was amazing and the food was delicious. Overall my experience at the resort was a memorable one and I will definitely return to stay at the Westin Riverfront"

"I checked out early. Odd smell, clogged shower drain, towels and robes where thread bare with pilling fabric. Would not recommend this location. The staff however were excellent, I did not use the amenities but I would assume they are the highlight of the property. My room was on a low floor but the view was still quite nice."

"Property manager was very responsive to make sure our stay was going well. Can’t beat location - very easy ski in/out. Garage was a challenge for a large SUV, but other than that I highly recommend. "

"Overall, our stay was good. The home is beautiful and was just like the pictures. Coleman immediately sent any items that ran out during our stay. The two main reasons we would not consider staying here again are 1) we were told the couch in the basement had a queen sized pull out bed. It was actually a bit bigger than a twin bed. My husband had to sleep on a couch during our visit. Coleman did treat us to drinks which was nice but it was a long week for my husband. 2) The hot tub only worked one day of our stay. Coleman explained to my husband how to shock treat it but it continued to smell awful. The pool guys came on our last day to fix it but it couldn’t be used for 6 hours after they came which was too late that night. "
