The young man managing the location was excellent. He made us feel so at home and was interested in how we were doing. We also loved his dog, Percy. He recommended the restaurant in the hotel and we had an amazing three course dinner. He is truly a special person and many people will return to the hotel because of him.

The room was very nice! The front desk staff, it so helpful. Our toilet got clogged and was told helpful would be on the way. 1 hour later someone finally showed up with a plunger! In fact they told me to leave the plunger two doors down because apparently they needed it too. Not a fun morning needless to say!

Sleek. Great for amenities - sauna, steam, workouts etc. full gym to the nines. Nice staff/ nicer dogs. Downfalls: parking costs, dog stains on room carpet (pet friendly), and everything closes early (amenities and restaurant/bar). If you have a pet, are early to bed and rise and don’t want to miss working out on the go/ this is the place for you. Also very convenient location.

The room was nice but the coffee maker was just a hot water carafe for steeped coffee which was not good. Had to go out for coffee which we prefer to have in the room. Staff was just one person for check in so we had to find parking offsite because he was unable to do valet as well. Felt understaffed for Oktoberfest weekend. Great location though and nice property.

Such a find in Vail Village! Every Summer we travel to Vail and this is our favorite spot. With the best location across from parking and the incredible spa and workout facilities it hard to beat this great Boutique Hotel. The bar and restaurant are also top notch, you will not want to leave.

The amenities were amazing… just got done w the heavy half marathon in Leadville and this was an added bonus. Hit the compression sleeves, sauna and hot tub to recover. Side note, had dinner at the hotel, and food was over cooked and over priced for the amount of food received. But the hotel was amazing💥
