This hotel is a bargain in an overpriced town. Dining is mediocre at best in Frisco. Good things there’s a Whole Foods 5 minutes away. Hotel cleaning staff did a great job everyday!
Simple but clean room. Nice to have breakfast available. Quiet and convenient location for our purposes and reasonably priced, with same-day room booking.
Super simple parking and check in/out. Staff were great.

Location of the hotel was great. However, the linens were definitely old and stained along with ripped edges. The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable, as they seemed old. The windows didn’t allow for airflow and the fan provided in the room was behind the blackout curtains which didn’t allow us to keep the room cooler even on an 80 degree.
Great value hotel in a perfect downtown location. Close to dozens of dining and drinking establishments. Close to the Frisco walking trails. Breakfast was good with plenty of options.
The initial impression was not what we expected, but after staying a night is was a nice place for the money. It’s not a new motel with all the amenities, but it is clean, comfortable, centrally located, staff was polite and helpful. I honestly don’t mind a little nostalgia motel\hotel and this place has it. I’d stay there again
The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and had comfortable beds. The breakfast was ok, but considering the price of the room it was generous. Right on the main street, so walking distance to everything in downtown Frisco. The town itself was quaint and seemed friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
Continental breakfast was adequate, rooms were clean every day, the beds were made.
Centrally located and the bus stops right in front to Breckenridge and copper.
I’ve stayed here three times in the past two years, and will book again when I ski next winter
The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. There was no AC. There was a fan, but I had to open a window to use the fan and open curtains out onto to walkway. The room I was given was near the stairwell where the laundry was being done so hot air was coming from the dryers. The location was beautiful and convenient and the price was good.
It's a well maintained budget motel that is in the heart of Frisco. Staff was kind and everything was great! There's no a/c but it's manageable in a mountain town and everything works well, is clean, and I'll definitely stay again! It's a good spot to rest when the priority is being outside enjoying the best that the Colorado outdoors has to offer!
The room was clean and beds were comfortable. I slept well by the window but my husband said it was really hot in his area. There was a fan in the window but we didn't want to run it all night. Breakfast was good for a continental. Plenty of options.
