"Excellent place to stay - great pool and sauna and really good location."

"I like the character and location of the property and the staff are doing the best that they can. The property is dated and in need of investment. The bedroom could have been a bit cleaner (hoovering the carpet which did not seem to happen during my stay) and the bedding did not fit the mattress. The staff were kind and helpful though some better manners from certain bar staff would have gone a long way. The food was great."

"Nobody answered the phone...shower dirty with black mould...one window did not open...plastic grass on outside of hotel...no where to get a coffee before 8.00am..unit in shower room paint flaking...uncormfortable pillows...."

"Always a lovely stay here , beautiful seaview room . Room clean and staff friendly , a special mention tho for the breakfast waiter this morning , very polite and nothing was too much trouble . Thank you"

"The amenities included a fridge, microwave and kettle. However, it would be best to grab your own bathroom amenities as there was only a handwash and what I believe to be a all-in-one bodywash in the shower."

"I stayed 1 night at Kingshead. The hotel is relatively new built and does not as such have historical charm. It was decorated and equipped very well and in a nice way. Thew room was spacious , tasteful and well equipped. The bed was a large and the duvet large enough for 2 people which isn't always the case. What stood out for me was the kindness of staff, warm, friendly, personable and helpful at any point of contact. Breakfast was delicious with additions that made it different from '...
