"Very authentically Jamaican. You are not staying at a high end secluded resort, you are staying with Jamaicans.
The food is authentically Jamaican, the entertainment is Jamaican.
The beach was great, service was great (Taniki, Loretta, and Donovan).
Comfortable and clean."

"My so and i stayed there for one night, however, we were treated with the outmost respect and friendliness possible, the room and bathroom were spotless, i was trying to stay there a few more days but they were fully booked, i will be staying there again."

"Our overall experience was incredible. The staff was exceptionally professional and friendly throughout. I never had any negative interactions with anyone. They were always able to accommodate my requests, no matter how big they were. The constant use of “my pleasure” by everyone was truly remarkable. This vacation was undoubtedly one of the best I’ve ever had.

"My accomadations was very comfortable and staff is accommodating and kind. Food was very good. Made exactly as requested compliments to dining staff and chef, And our drinks always made to perfection by our favorite bartender Romeo.

"The Hotel Riu Negril was an amazing family vacation experience!! The hotel wasn't overcrowded, as some resorts can be. The food was phenomenal!! The pools and beach areas were clean. The entertainment staff worked long hours and earned for me high marks. Overall, I loved staying at the Hotel Riu Negril.
I didn't know the distinction at the time until arriving in customs, but I was staying at the Hotel Riu Negril "Club". There is a separate "Palance" resort. However, I liked very much the Club...

"The staff were excellent all around. From the time we arrived, everyone made us feel very welcome and at home. From the office staff to, the clean comfortable room, the food offerings and kitchen staff, drinks, friendly bar tenders, pristine beach and pool, excellent lifeguards and maintenance staff, and beautiful gardens, everything was great. We enjoyed every moment and are looking forward to our next visit. Respect. "
