"We enjoyed our stay and the amenities were very nice to have, especially since we had two kids with us. There were plenty of choices for restaurants, easy to get reservations, and our kids took advantage of the snorkel gear, basketball courts, and swimming pools. We mostly loved the beaches and clear blue water that the kids loved swimming in every day! Our first day started off rocky with our reservations either being incorrect or our room was simply not ready when we were scheduled to arrive...

"The Grand Palladium and Lady Hamilton Resort is stunning! It’s well maintained and the staff is nice. We stayed in a Bungalow at the Signature Room, which has upgraded amenities, a private pool, and private beach access, with welcome and departure gifts. The ocean view balcony has a stunning view. The room could use some TLC-the tv was in and out, the mattresses are hard, and we had to call maintenance a couple times. The food was just okay and the classic dishes at the ala carte restaurants are...

"The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left."
